Right now, we are devloping proposals to put before Battersea Reach leaseholders and shared owners for their approval.
BR RTM's articles of association are in a form mandated by law. They cannot be altered. However, we expect that the directors of BR RTM will exercise their powers in accordance with clealry agreed principles appropriate to a mixed use estate of Battersea Reach's size and prestige.
