Battersea Reach RTM Company Limited (BR RTM) is a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. It was incorporated under the laws of England & Wales on 15 April 2025 and its registered number is 16388177.
As at 1 July 2026, the owners of fewer than 30% of eligible apartments have applied to join BR RTM as members.
BR RTM will not be providing a running commentary as this number inevitably increases during the remainder of 2026. However, BR RTM will update this web site when the number of members exceeds 30% of eligible members and again when it exceeds 40%.
BR RTM does not anticipate making an RTM claim until Spring 2027 at the earliest; although this date may be subject to revision.
